Hi All,

I setup the camera, installed the software from the CD, and everything seemed to go fine.

I can connect to it over the LAN, and it will work fine for a while (a couple of hours). Then the picture goes black and I get an error message that says "Fail to connect to device: Disconnected by the device."

I check the IP Camera Tool, and the IP for the camera is no longer displayed. If I power cycle the camera, the IP comes back up and I can connect to it again. After a few more hours, it crashes again.

Setup Details:
The camera is connected to the LAN via cable, i.e. not wirelessly
OS: Windows 7 professional
Browser: IE 9
Camera IP is dyanimic and assigned by DHCP on the router.
The camera is in my office as I was testing it before installing in the desired location.

Any thoughts?

Different cable, different port on the router as a first test. But, that the camera is losing its address is unusual.

Stus... I hope you see this. I bought the Insteon 75790 ip camera. I hooked it up and downloaded the IP CAMERA TOOL to my iMac. When I open it...nothing. I can't get any data to display on the screen. Can you help? Thank you.
