I am building a new house. I am trying to put all my DISH receivers in a single location. Can I just pull 2 Cat6 cables to every location of my TV back to my hub and still get HD? Thanks.

Which Hub? Do you mean an HD distribution amplifier?

I meant back to my central location. I didn't know what I needed to buy to pull this off. Thanks.

There are video distribution amplifiers that use coax and those that use Cat6, your choice.

Same solution, video distribution amplifiers, one for each receiver. You'll need one for each single receiver, two for each dual receiver.
