I always hear that many use procure to pay than any other typical integrated system. I'm curious about the reasons why most people prefer it. What are the benefits that organizations get from it compared to other telecom services system?

Using multiple telcom systems doesn't allow for integration among the various services which nearly always needs to be customized and often ends up costing considerably more than a single procurement.

So, I need to hire a provider or company to this right? I searched online and saw https://www.cassinfo.com/en/Telecom-Expense-Management/TEM-XPages/Procure-To-Pay-telecom.aspx I would just like to know if you know something about their reliability? Or any suggestions?

I haven't the slightest inkling about what your telephony requirements are nor am I an industry advisor.I was merely responding to you question as to why someone would use/need such a service.
