 Houselink doesnt find 2414U USB controller

And if I select "let me configure", 2414 is not in the list. I just tried to upgrade to houselink, but it doesnt work if it cant find my controller.

That's expected--the 2414 is too old, it doesn't support the command set/format that HouseLinc version 2 or above uses. You'll need a PLM for that.

I have a similar problem with a 2413U. I can find it on the manual interface but it won't enable the Next button

You may need to look at this Insteon information on not finding the latest hardware revisions of modules.
You may need to install the latest device.xml file. So the latest revision 2413U will be recognized.
