I am looking for a mobile application (preferably for smartphones) that can help perform certain changes in our company. We are trying to improve our system, by planning and implementing changes in an organized way using any recommended application. I hope you can share a piece of your advice!

You need to be more specific than "certain changes" and "implementing changes."
