Might just be another sensationalist fake news piece, but according to this article Insteon's wifi cameras are affected too.

Of course, none of this comes as any surprise, seeing the recent CIA hullabaloo fiasco.

I own one of the Insteon SD Wifi cameras, and I have no doubt that this camera is recording/uploading everything it sees/hears to a remote server somewhere 24 hours a day. The activity LED flashes furiously constantly, even when I'm not monitoring the camera.

May be it is a fake news but CCTV Cameras would not get affected by this.
