I found many devices called PSR01. Can you be more descriptive?

If you are asking about the X10Pro PSR01 Security Remote. It is the same as the X10 SH624. In a different color case and logo.

The SH624 manual is linked there and works. The PSR01 seems to no longer work.

Where you able you find the manual? In the wiki page?
The SH624 manual is fine. As only the case is different.
