When I'm at home and on my own WiFi network everything seems to work fine. But when I'm traveling and using the internet, connection to my HD camera seems to be hit-and-miss, and connection to my SD cameras is non-existent. If I use the "Insteon for Hub" app on my Android, I can connect to my hub and see my Door Sensors, my Thermostat and the view from my HD (2864-226) camera. However, when I use the "Insteon for Hub" app on my PC laptop, I can see the status of my Door Sensors and my Thermostat, but NEVER can get a view from my HD Camera. I tried using the "http://connect.insteon.com" browser which seems to connect to the Insteon Server but not to my hub. Very disappointing! Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

Firefox has dropped support for many IP cameras. Try IE instead.

I have tried to bring up the browser on Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Windows Explorer 11, but none of them work on either my PC or my Android. But thanks for the reply.
