Hello,
I am using Aprilaire 8800 thermostats with a RTI XP8 controller system with a RTI license for my Ipad. For some reason the fan control on the thermostat defaults back to "Auto" after a cycle. How do I keep the fan control to stay or default to 'On"? Is there a driver command I need to put in the XP8 control for that room device, Or is there something in the thermostat setup I missed?

Thank you,
DB

Have you selected Mode to change the setting from AUTO to a different mode?

I meant at the thermostat itself, not remotely.

Hello,

Sorry, yes on the front panel I have changed the Mode to "ON". But after a period of time it reverts back to Auto. I did not see anything in the setup to make "ON" default?

thank you,

I'm at a loss. I've never come across a thermostat that changes modes unless something changes it, for example, a thermostat program or a remote program.
