hi to all,i would appreciate if someone could help me with advice.
currently i have switches that turn on lights and fans on and off, regular switches with 3 buttons,2 for lights and 1 for fan.
on the other side of the rooms close to furniture i have ones that turn that off.
not too tech savy to describe it better.
i want to upgrade to smart switches that i would be able to control from my phone and hub that i have for my cctv.
dimming would be good addon if posible.all the bulbs i have are new led but i dont know are they dimmable but that is not priority at this point.i decided not to go with phillips hue as it would cost me too much at this stage to replace all the bulbs as i have a lot around the house.
would someone be so kind to help me decide what to buy.
thank you

There are no regular switches with three buttons. Do you mean three regular switches?

A CCTV is a security video system. Is that what you have or is it a hub controlled regular television?
