Ummmm... O-Kaaay...

So now people think that "The Insteon" is an oversize, 15 button remote control? Do the people that produce that show have any real idea what this technology is / does?

It doesn't sound like it.

Sounds like thats the firmware bug with linking a load button before the secondary buttons.

Please don't confuse the products with the technology.

Also, SignaLinc RFs are dual mesh - powerline and RF.

Here's another site that sounds like great advertisement for Insteon ... From Forbes Online, Haute High-tech Homes. 2 of them use Insteon for their automation.

Nice link I hadn't see that slideshow before. I had the opportunity to visit Doug Burton's house (one of them in the slideshow) and it was very well done.
