 POE to Micro USB for Tablet?

I have spent a couple days searching and I have found many Ethernet to microusb for tablets and several POE to Ethernet and MicroUSB split, but none that provide internet AND charge the tablet. I was hoping someone made this. It seems like it would be easy enough. POE provides 24+ volts, only need 5 so could be stepped down and then pass through the network part so your tablet is wired and is charged on the wall.

I have a good wifi mesh through my house so I know I could do that, but if I am going to run wires through my wall for mounted tablets, it just feels better to run cat with POE and have them wired.

Does this exist? I don't care for what tablet, I have a couple android tablets and a couple ipads and will buy more of whatever works the best.
