Hello,

What is the best way to determine the distance to place GU10 LED spotlights for a living space and kitchen areas?

Thanks.

For ordinary spotlights and pendant industrial luminaires with an angle of 120 degrees, this simple formula is obtained: to calculate the distance R in meters to which the spotlight gives the required illumination, you need to 5.65 times the square root of the spotlight power W in watts divided by the light L in lux:
R = 5.65√W / L
LED spotlight range
The formula for calculating the distance from the spotlight at which it will provide a level of illumination of at least that specified. Hope it helps you.
