This forum has some of the techiest people I know so I thought I would try my question here.

I've decided to get rid of my home phone since we all have cell phones. I've found some devices to connect to a cell phone thru bluetooth to allow you to use your cordless phones thru a cell phone when you are home. I'm looking for recommendations on products that work well. Is anybody doing this? If so, what are you using?

This is like your phone is acting like wifi for multiple operations by multiple users. It's a good replacement than having a fixed phone.

A Bluetooth headset could be a solution for your needs

It seems to me, in this case, it is worth paying attention to the Bluetooth headset. They can combine similar functions in themselves. Unfortunately, I did not encounter such a need by myself, so this is only an assumption.

More than a couple of years ago I had such a system. It was made by Panasonic. It worked reliably. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact model. I take a different approach now, so I don't use it anymore.

I don't see why this would not work well for you.
