Posted - 07/27/2009 : 09:05:30 AM I have seen the cat watering fountains that have the large tanks to decrease refill points.
Does anyone have a suggestion or product for connecting the tank to the plumbing system so that the tank gets refilled automatically?
That way there is practically no maintenace needed to fill tank.

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 4:45:51 PM I agree with carlobee... they need to be cleaned anyway, so I see little benefit to hard-plumbing them.
That said, though, a homebrew setup would be pretty straightforward; all you'd need is a level switch and a solenoid valve to turn the water on/off. |

Posted - 10/27/2009 : 7:27:07 PM we have used the Drinkwell fountains for years, that also have an extra reservoir so you don't have to fill all that often. Our cats love them. They have a website or you can find them at amazon.com |
