Any recommendation for a 4k camera that:
-Trigger record on motion/noise sensor
-Have 2-way talk
-Log into camera directly and view
-Have phone app to push for siren noise

I'm trying to avoid with continuous recording because of storage space.

I recommend you to buy a Sony A7 III 4K camera. It has 4K 30p/25p video recording features with Zebra display.
