I have created a unique airflow system that simply is a whole-house fan bringing in fresh air through a motorized air damper and exhausting it through a 1000 CFM fan system giving me 6 air changes an hour for this building, all controlled through smart relays utilizing my Samsung SmartHub.
My challenge is the outside temperature data for the automation. The building is set up with three zones for the different areas of the building using a 3 head mini-split HVAC, Daikin, and the wireless thermostats give me an outdoor temp but I have no idea how to pull that data from that system into Smart Hub automation.
Been looking for a sensor device that would give me the temperature data, but nothing is rated for outside. My wired outdoor motion sensor gives me LUX but no temp.
Thoughts??
