Hey. Not sure if this helps. But check out this video. https://www.backstreet-surveillance.com/
When the light level drops, the night vision system turns on.

Go to the official security camera brand website, you will get the wide range of different models with different specifications respectively. You can choose any one of them according to your need. But still, I recommend you to take advice from one of any CCTV installation companies or professional security camera providers. They will assist you better.

Hey @Huntz

I'd 2nd the Home8 suggestion.

Can be run with single ethernet cable back to home router (PoE).

What I like about the Home8 external camera is the smart recording feature, so it only records when it senses motion (there's a sensitivity setting too).

You can see here - https://home8alarm.co.uk/outdoor-hd-camera/ (although you'd want to buy from the US website and see if they ship to Canada).

Best regards

I got mine from http://www.apialarm.com
One of my friends suggested this to me when I was looking a wireless security system for my home. They had all features you mentioned above...
The team was very professional, you can completely rely on them. They are good at what they do... Maybe you could get their help, if you are still looking, of course.
They also provide the commercial access control system. So if you want you can also install the same in your office from the same team...

According to new technology laser focus is installed in all modern cameras that enables a good focus on the picture and a plus point is that it enables night vision or it can see things in darken places.

I think every camera is visible unless it is hidden camera and further i will say that outdoor cameras are much more visible as compared to indoor cameras.
