I got a new INSTEON 2635-222 On/Off Module for a LED light.

I have it programmed for sunset-sunrise on. The schedule works.
However, my problem is that the switch randomly switches off. I double-checked the config, and I have detailed logging on in HL. I could not find any off command.

What could be going on? Is there a minimal load wattage for the switch to work?

Unfortunately the Insteon On-Off module does not specifically state it supports LED lighting. If you place a normal incandescent load with the LED light does it behave the same way?

You may also try another brand of LED bulb to see if there is a difference as there is a huge variance from products, makers, and even within the same bulb line. I have not personally seen an issue with the 2635-222 On-Off Module and they control several different brands of LED fixtures from Sylvania, Luminus, LSG, etc.

Teken . . .

I haven't had any trouble using an Insteon relay-style device with LED bulbs. LEDs can be trouble with dimmers, but with relay devices they work fine.

It is possible the device was accidentally linked to another controller as well. I would perform a factory reset on it to completely clear its link table, then re-add it to the Hub and to just the scene(s) to which it correctly belongs.

Use HL to determine if there are other links to the relay.

I did a reset. The only strange thing in HL is that on the advanced tabs I have some "unknown" links. I can't delete them. Is HL reading this info from the device or its own database?
The link tab is fine.

You need to delete and add back the device in HL after a reset.

Based on the suggestions, I deleted, reset, re-added, and so on with no change.
I ended up getting a new unit which works without a flaw with the same configuration. It appears that the first unit had a defect - I returned it.
