I have been experiencing a very strange electrical problem in my apartment . Sometimes a device plugged into an outlet will appear to randomly stop receiving electricity. There have been multiple instances where my computer has failed to power on, but when I switch it to another outlet it powers on, and then when I switch it back to the original it succeeds in powering on. I was wondering anyone had any advice or ideas . Anyone has dealt with the [restricted] or any experiences to share.

The most likely cause is a loose connection or an old outlet that has lost it;s grip on the plug.
