Hi everyone, my team at Georgia Tech is planning on designing a new interface for controlling smart home devices. In order to understand more of the issues users encounter, we are now conducting a research on configuring/controlling multiple smart home devices. Please answer this short survey so that we can get some insight! Thank you so much!

Estimated Survey Time: 5m

I attempted your survey and came to an unanswerable part, in particular, the quantity choices.

The choices are 0, 1, 2 or more than 3. In some categories, I have 3. The question is unanswerable.

Hopefully it's either a cheaper PLM more a replacement for the hub. You might call the folks at HCA. It'd be interesting to have their software on a device with the PLM built in, like the hub.
