There are so many ways to reduce energy consumption at home. A simple unplugging of your electric appliances when not in used can do a lot of wonders therefore reducing your energy consumption. You can also entertain the idea of setting up solar panels if you have a budget, by doing that you're also helping the environment and at the same time reducing your trickle consumption.

summers are on their way! so if you want to save energy with your ductless usage i suggest you switch to Breez Smart thermostat, i use it at home and it has helped me save quite alot. I can schedule according to my usage similarly i can keep an eye on my consumption patterns and stop extra usage of it all these are available on the app where the device works with. check it at:

I agree that solar panels are awesome, Lisa. But typically people that get them use more, not less energy. Nevertheless, they do help the environment and reduce stress on electrical grids.

There is no better way of reducing energy consumption than using electric appliances only when necessary.I bought Lasko 754200 heater two years ago and it's helped me reduce my overall heating cost by 7 percent. Not really a huge amount but if I calculate how much I save every year, then it's really a big step. https://qualityhomeaircare.com/most-energy-efficient-space-heaters/

At home I have set up a 433mhz system that control The radiator when the temperature reach a certain threshold. The next step is to detect the prescence of my mobile phone and then turn off the radiator When I am not at home. Think I can save up to 30% energy.

You can save energy in many ways but it cost money and most of the people cannot afford them so its upto goverment that they should took some steps like giving free solar pannels and give subsidy to energy saving products.
