Does Smarthome even sell that line of products?

They offer Insteon gear for automatic light and appliance controls, and their Micro Open/Close modules can be tied in with electric shutters.

Most home automation solutions are capable of being controlled via Alexa (even old solutions like x10)
Broaden your search to other manufactures. This may mean a more expensive route but everything your looking for is possible.
