I saw this " especially now that Insteon's been sold and things are going to be changing " in another thread.

Insteon sold? To who? Any clue as to what changes?

Thanks in advance...

Smartlabs the Insteon Patent Holder, manufacturer and developer. Was purchased by Richmond Capital Partners.
Along with the retail branch Smarthome.

I have not too seen much. I have seen Customer Service is now third party and the Smarthome sales are now processed at a new location.
