I have an upstairs bathroom layout shown in the plan below, my current setup is that the light over the tub/shower is now only controlled from the 'Vanity 2' location shown by the red box.

Is there a switch I could replace the one in the current location(red box) that would allow me to run a battery powered non wired switch in the 'Bath 2' location shown by the green box that would also control that same switch?

I wasn't sure if there existed something like this that would allow me to not have to run a wired 3 way connection to the green box location.

Thanks for any advice.

Certainly, you can do that easily with INSTEON gear. Replace the switch in the red box with a SwitchLinc, put a rechargeable Mini Remote at the green box location, then link them.
