My ding dong contractor is set in his old ways and installed 3 locations of R and W wires without the C. the system itself has a C but he never ran the wires. i only noticed this mistake now that im moving in and he insisted on not installing them in the beginning when we were in construction. the only thing i can do is power the units where they are. if i can tap to the electrical wiring which i think i can based off some small research i will be able to get a transformer something like this
https://www.alliedelec.com/white-rod...40f3/70101872/

just want to make sure that would work.

if there is any other feedback or knowledge here that would be great. i dont want to buy these items have him try and install it and it still not work.

i know there are plug-able transformers but i do not want to see any wires or plugs.
