I have a co working space (9 band practice rooms and a common area) and need a system which will allow the rooms to be protected individually. Ideally users can set system with smart phone app, and receive notices directly.

I've considered access control system but the ones I've seen are way out of the budget.

Open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

DSC Power 632 will do the trick economically. Comes standard with 6 zones and you can add multiples of 6.
check dsc.com

cheers

No worries, Al. Since I posted my original post, I found a company in Florida that sells Access control equipment. Seems affordable compared to some of the quotes I've gotten ($2500 per DOOR!) so I am putting together a system with them which will integrate with my fire panel. The company is FPC Security if you want to check them out. Thanks again! BTW, they also do video and I'm going to get a 32 channel NVR with 16 POE ports and start building a surveilance system.

The burglar alarm control panel can have partitions and be controlled separately. It can be changed to mono control as well if you need.
I know a device named office security control panel. http://www.vedardalarm.com/office-alarm-system-for-multiple-department-p-15

Thank you for your reply. I looked at link you gave but don’t see full specs or manual. Can you provide a link showing more details, such as max number of true partitions, or possible a video, please?
