What switch do I need to control a 2475SDB InLIneLinc relay?

The relay will control a receptacle that will have a transformer plugged in to it for low voltage lighting.

Any Insteon-compatible controller can operate that—a KeypadLinc, a SwitchLinc, a Mini Remote, a Micro Module connected to a standard mechanical switch, a phone or tablet with the Insteon Hub...

I am curious why you would not simply use an outletlinc?
