I have a switch that I wan't to remove from a scene. It shows that it is removed, but the scene still controls it. I even factory reset the switch--the scene still controls it. I completely removed the switch from the hub, factory reset the switch--the scene still controls it.
Short of factory resetting the hub, what else can I do?
Thanks!

Is this an older, on/off switch? If so, the factory reset procedure is different from dimmers.

Is it an old 2476S On/Off Switchlinc?
The real old ones do not have Air Gap Switch and as mentioned need a completely different reset procedure. So it is possible you didn't factory reset it. If you pull the set button out and the switch does not loose its power. There is no Air Gap switch in it.

If it is a real old one before the air gap switch was added in a later revision.
Press and hold the top paddle for ten seconds then release.
Tap the Set button all the way in and release.
Push the set button in and hold it for ten seconds. Then release.

It has the air gap by pulling out the set button. Still not even showing in the hub, but responding to the scene.
