Does anyone know for sure if I can set an X-10 address on the current revision of the 2477D dimmer switch that Smarthome is selling? I was looking to get a 4 pack.

I am looking to replace my last set of x-10 switches in the house with Insteon, but have other x-10 devices (flood lights, alarm activation, and most importantly x-10 16 button keypad controllers) so I want to keep the protocol.

I would also be interested to know if there is a 16 button Insteon controller that will allow me to control one switch at a time with actual buttons should I decide to go all Insteon.

I called the tech support (off shore) who informed me some customers have reported they are able to set x-10 addresses but it is not supported.

My last x-10 switches do not work well with LEDs but the Insteon switches work fine)

Thanks!

They will still support it.
