 replacement insteon hub no connection

Received replacement hub after previous hub stopped working with no power light. Did as required, deleted scenes, deleted all information and account. Created new account as instructed, scanned qr code on hub after which could not connect to the hub. Now since I can not connect I am unable to delete account since i can not get into the app. I created a new account after which could not set up the hub as error message comes up that a "unknown error has occurred", Extremely frustrated as to the amount of time I have wasted and no support is available on a Saturday afternoon and I work during the week. If I did not have so many products to connect I would pay someone to take this piece of ..... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
