I have 5 under counter lights that were running 130v 35w quartz G8 bulbs. I bought these, https://www.ebay.com/itm/US-Shipping-10x-G8-Bi-Pin-T5-Led-bulb-80-3014SMD-110V-Lamp-Equivalent-30W-35W/173102024924?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=471842207889&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 G8 LED dimmable 110-120 3.5w leds. The lamps are all the same. They are 120v 35w max G8. The only difference is 2 are 2 bulb and 2 are 3 bulb. The 3 bulb are fine, the 2 2 bulb flicker. I took a short video of this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2C4hrfS1_0I Is it possible that the 2 bulbs in some way are unbalanced compared to the 3 bulb? If not what is the issue and fix if anyone can help? Thanks in advance.

Are they being powered by 120VAC directly or on a dimmer? If on a dimmer what is its manufacturer and model number?

No dimmer, its an under counter light that 120 goes directly to the device though a wall switch that is an on off only no dimmer.
