- RC is your 24V power for cooling but probably powers both heat and cooling which would explain why 24RH (power of heating) is empty. - O/B is usually used for reversing valves on heat pumps but could be used for 3 stage heating environments. <--This is important because the RTH9585wf is not rated for heat pumps or base board heating. You may have a compatibility issue. - Y is stage 1 cooling - G is for the fan - W/E - white is usually stage 1 heating but the E could be for emergency heating. - C is a common wire usually needed for smart thermostats, or running the thermostat without batteries.
I've called to the company (honeywell) and they also say it's not compatible with my system. They told me I should go with the prestige series instead.
I've check with the nest and they told me it should work with my system. So I think I will go with the nest probably.
