There is water in my CCTV camera, the interior of the camera lens was covered with drops. Please see the picture. So it can't show a clear image. What Can I do? How to get water out?

I have heard of packing electronic devices in rice, which can absorb the moisture. Never tried it myself, so I cannot vouch for this. Small fan blowing on the camera?
