Hi community, my split air conditioner switches off automatically after every 10-15 minutes. What could be the reason? I tried checking the power plug and the stabilizer. All work fine. The AC is only a year old. At this COVID lockdown there is no option for calling the technician too. Tried searching on YouTube and other forums. No solutions yet.
How do I fix this? Your suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hi Ben,
Your AC might be automatically switching off because of the unit overheating, is your AC old? It could also be because or dust getting collected inside the machine. Other reasons included:
Refrigerant leak faulty thermostat or electrical issues.
I can not pinpoint why exactly it is happening, but you will have to get your air conditioner serviced. |

I think that most likely this happens due to overheating of the device . Yes, it's funny that the device that cools the air overheats. This can happen due to many reasons, I had the same problem, and I had it happen due to the non-functioning of the coolers. You may have another reason for this problem, but we have the same signs, and this may mean something. On YouTube, you can not even try to look for a solution, I also searched for a week there, but I did not find anything worthwhile, everyone is talking some nonsense. Try to turn off the air conditioner and open its korup, look at the cooler, at the wires and contacts. Maybe this will help you __________________________________________ |
