I have a GE/Jasco Z-wave (ZW4002) ceiling fan controller. If I use Vera, I can dial in any % but there only seems to be 3 different speeds. If I were to choose medium speed, and let's assume that is 50RPM, can I increase medium at the physical switch to say 80RPM and both of the other speeds would be increased by that amount? Or are the speeds preset and I am deluding myself?

Check the installation sheet that should have been included with the switch.
You can download it if you can't find the one in the package.
I looked at the sheet and it shows a manual speed adjustment procedure. For each speed. Slow, medium and fast.
