I have an older INSTEON system (about 4 years) and have now switched to Halogen's LED bulbs.

When I attempt to turn lights off or on, they seem to jump to 25% (appx) on or from 25% to 0 levels.

PLUS, I notice when another dinner is activated elsewhere in the house, the LEDs already on will flash.

Any ideas on how I can correct this issue? All of my bulbs are sold as DIMMABLE.

Which Insteon module?
Wall switch or plug in.

What you are seeing with dimmable LED bulbs. Is a typical thing. The electronics in the dimmer need a minimum voltage to start and minimum voltage to run. So they may pop on and off when on a dimmer. You may also see they may dim down to a lower level before popping off.

Each manufacturer has their own electronics design. So you may find some brands or model LED bulbs maybe worse or better on a dimmer.

Flashing a light with power line traffic has also been reported by some. I have not seen any information on a fix.

A different brand or model dimmable LED bulb may work better or worse.
I have seen some Philips LED bulbs mentioned as not flashing and dimming better. I don't have the model number of the LED bulb.
