Can LM35 use a three-meter to measure the output voltage?
Can DS18B20 also use a three-meter to measure the output voltage?

The LM35 is an analog signal output. Listed as 10mV/C.
The DS18B20 is a two wire signaling. Not an analog signal.
They are not compatible signal and connection wise.

I don't recognize a three-meter description. Can you elaborate on that?

You can do a web search and find information on both devices. So you can see how they work and interface to the outside world.
