Hey guys, I can use some advice please. I have reason to suspect a new next door neighbor might have intentions to break into our garage. Since covid my finances have been cut in half so just getting by since then which means I do not have a large budget for anything so for that reason I am looking into the cheapest option which might help.

These are the pics, so there are 3 entrances, slide up front door, side door and side window. please let me know what options I might have please?

I am looking at this system guys but any other recommendations if this won't work?:

tiiwee.com/products/tiiw...remote-control

and have these questions please?

My issue with a motion sensor is if the neighborhood cats/possums/raccoons will trigger the alarm?

Will I be able to depend on the door/window alarms to work in the cold temps out there during winter?

Is the 120db loud enough?

I didn't contact them, usually it will be only sales people responding with something they will read from the manual and not actual users of these devices.

Think about what you just wrote. Should you really buy security equipment from someone you don’t trust enough to honestly answer questions about it?

Good point, I have just written to them to at least hear what they have to say but meantime, any other ideas/referrals from anyone would be nice.
