I have a somfy roller shade, presently operated with a single pole double switch. I also have an insteaon system along with the ELK M1. I would like to control the shade to different percent furrled/unfurrled based on the time of day via the Elk or Insteon system. Will your bridge be able to accomplish this task? If so, I would be interested in purchasing it - as long as there is some form of support. Thank you.

I am going to have someone come over to give me an etimate for the Somfy blinds. Can you explain what is needed to control the Somfy blinds with an insteon keypad. It looks like I would need your Insteon-Somfy bridge and the Somfy RTS universal interface. I would program one button for up and one for down. What is the advantage of your device vs the Insteon Somfy window covering cotroller. With the Insteon Somfy window covering cotroller would I still need the RTS universal interface.
I want to make sure I know what Somfy hardware is needed so I can get a correct estimate.
Thank you,
Eric

The bridge will give 16 channels with up/down/stop control. The I/O Linc Kit has only 1 channel with up/down control but does not require the universal interface. Check your email for more info.

I have a wirelessly controlled Sunsetter awning and would be interested in some information if it's possible this device could control it. I want to set it up so a insteon keypad button on would extend the awning and turn on my lights and when you turn it off it would retract and turn the lights off. I have the light part working I just need the awning interface.

E-mail sent to those with e-mail enabled in their forum profile.

@LIKWARTZ You may want to go with an IO-Linc and Somfy RTS contact closure Interface from Smarthome ($120 purchased separately) since you only have one shade.
